Juvenile Delinquence

So, I haven't been here for a while.  Sorry, follower.
In my defense, I have been writing, just not here.  I'm currently hard at work on my first novel, Dark Things, which I hope to complete by next Spring.
"Bogged Down," which I referenced in my previous post, won the June 2013 Reader's Choice Poll for favorite story, so that was pretty cool.  Thanks to all those who voted for me, especially the legion of folks who are friends with my wife on Facebook.  The story has since been accepted for reprint as part of the first Daylight Dims anthology, which is also pretty boss.
And a couple of days ago, I received notice that another of my short stories, "Big Night," was chosen to be included in Fringeworks UK/KnightWatch Press's upcoming anthology, "The Last Diner."  The book is set to debut September 27 at the SCARdiff HorrorCon in Wales.  If you happen to be in Great Britain, this fall, pick up a copy.  Heck, pick up two; the currency conversion has probably swung back into your favor by now, considering Europe's economy.
Anyhoo; I'll try to pick things up around here.  I'd hate for you--yes,you--to not be entertained by my regular correspondence.  After all, where else are you gonna' find this kind of high-quality-family-friendly-fun online
(disregarding the portions replete with graphic descriptions of sex, violence and/or genetic mutation, demonic possession and bloodsucking brain-devouring robots)?
Yeah.
On second thought, leave the kids at home.
